Not every fascia repair requires new gutters. We'll inspect the existing gutter and how it attaches to the damaged board. If the gutter still functions properly, we'll explain how the repair will coordinate with it.
A vented soffit provides intake air for attic ventilation systems that use the eaves. Covering or blocking those openings changes the airflow. We'll review the existing ventilation path before replacing the vented soffit.
